I was looking to replace my broken laundry set and went to Paul's Applaince because they were recommended from a friend. There staff was very knowledgeable and they told me to go with LG's front load 4000 series which is very reliable. I highly recommend Paul's Applaince they gave me the best deal and service.
Andre and the team at Paul's were extremely helpful in getting me a new AC in the midst of heatwave. The entire team's level of service cannot be surpassed. They each were extremely attentive. In the past Andre helped me buy other appliances so as soon as my AC broke I knew exactly where to turn. He was exptremely responsive and navigated me to the perfect AC to fit my difficult wall space. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Paul's Appliances
About a year ago I purchased a dryer and an extended warranty from Paul's. I was looking over some papers and could not find my extended warranty so I called Paul's and spoke to Steven. He told me it might take a few days to get and he would forward it to me. The next day I had the warranty. Steven was so proactive, polite and helpful to me even though I was not purchasing anything. I wasn't sure if he could be the owner or an employee. He truly is an asset to Paul's. After the fantastic caring response I received I will definitely return to purchase other items in the future. My wolf stovetop went and I searched high and low for a replacement. After days of searching I found one at Paul’s for a great price. Even though I live in NY Andre assisted me in getting it delivered within three days. My husband installed it and I couldn’t be happier.
