My wife and I just purchased our second Volvo from Paul's. We had the true pleasure of working with Fred Hammond and he could not have been friendlier, more helpful, or more professional. Our entire experience was exceptional and we will definitely be returning to Paul's for our service needs as well as future vehicle purchases. The purchasing process was expeditious, simple and straightforward. The Sales people are helpful and informative. They followed up with me after also. The warranty and maintenance on the vehicle is fantastic. The service department is friendly. I have no problem getting an appointment for maintenance fairly soon after I call. I recommend Paul's Volvo if you are interested in purchasing a Volvo. I love my Volvo.

I think that caring culture was established and nurtured by Paul Sr. The service department is very accommodating with scheduling. I always receive thoughtful advice from the service manager Jim.
