Pediatric Associates of Westfield

Dr DiMurro is absolutely FANTASTIC with all 4 of my grandchildren! She answers all of our questions and does not rush you during your appointments!! She is very caring and all my grandchildren love her!!! I highly recommend her!!!!❤️

Dr. DiMurro is thorough and thoughtful, and takes her time explaining things to both parents and children. Her professionalism and depth of knowledge are evident at every visit. What really sets her apart is how she treats children. My daughter loves her. When she was 2, Dr. DiMurro started her physical exam sitting down on the floor with her, until she felt comfortable moving to the exam table. Dr. D always speaks directly to her and includes her in the entire visit.

The entire office is wonderful. The nurses are kind and gentle, and Audrey and Annette at the front desk are incredibly responsive, accommodating, and warm. We’ve always gotten same-day appointments when needed, and the walk-in sick hours are a huge help.

We switched to Dr. DiMurro when my son was three years old and I had my newborn daughter and have been with her for 2.5 years now. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Dimurro. She is incredible with my children- warm, empathetic, thorough with her examination and speaks directly to them including them as much as she can throughout the visit. She takes her time and never rushes me through questions or any concerns I have. Her knowledge and expertise at what she does is evident at every visit and I couldn’t be more pleased to have her as our pediatrician.

Dr. Dimurro is a wonderful, warm, knowledgeable and thorough doctor. She always takes her time with my kids, and never makes us feel rushed. She speaks to children so respectfully, like they are humans and not babies. I have referred her to several friends who have all had positive experiences with her also.

I love seeing Dr. Madeline DiMurro. She is absolutely amazing and I love having her has our children's doctor. She is so friendly and works so well with them. My 2 star rating is coming from the front desk staff.

They are incredibly rude and when we try to call to speak with a nurse they try to give their own medical recommendations without speaking to a doctor or nurse about what we have brought up as a concern.

They are also terrible with followups. We were told they would call us to schedule a time we would show up for vaccines for our child (because they didn't have one in stock when we came for his 6 month appointment), but we had to call them.

Trust me, I am no saint so between them constantly putting me on hold and me getting frustrated with misinformation being told to me by a doctor vs them I'm getting upset and raising my voice at them. They finally schedule our appointment but immediately hangup with no confirmation the appointment was scheduled. I call back, get the same person and she is short with me, confirms the appointment and then immediately hangs up again.

The staff is awful. And I want to start looking for a new pediatrician specifically because of how irritating these front desk people are. They shouldn't be giving their "medical" advice over the phone.
