Laura and Jewels were wonderful. They were so easy to talk to and made everything very comfortable. I would highly recommend this IOP program to anyone seeking help.

Nothing but praise for the 3 months I spent in IOP. I was beyond lucky to work with Marissa C(Ewing) and Victoria S(Cherry Hill). Both therapists were extremely knowledgeable and so passionate about their roles. I finished the program feeling positive and confident to continue my journey down a healthy path. I will be forever grateful to both.

My experience from my phone call from Claire Boyce to the front door with Faith at the reception desk to intake with Laura and labs with Ms.Tina to groups with Isabel and Priscilla and finally, my one on one sessions with Jewels was wholly positive!
My life was made better by all these wonderful ladies! I always felt respected and supported. All of the ladies believed in me hen I didn’t believe in myself and I always felt that.

I can’t say enough good things about Phoenix. From the start, I was met with kindness, understanding, and genuine care. Isabel made me feel safe and heard from day one. Faith gave me hope and support throughout my time in the program. Laura supported me throughout the program during hard times. And Phil with insights that brought light even in my toughest moments to better my mental health.

Each of them played a role in my healing journey and I’m forever grateful. This isn’t just a facility it’s a place where people truly care and where healing begins.
