    I have been working out at Progressive Movement Training (PMT) since 2019! I can confidently say that nothing compares to the PMT method that Mike Blackgrove provides. Mike is an extremely knowledgeable individual who designs and tailors specific workout plans for each of his clients. He helps everyone reach their goals whether it’s running a marathon, rehabbing a shoulder, dominating on the basketball court, or just staying healthy. Personally, Mike has helped me succeed on the football field at the offensive line position! Without Mike I wouldn’t be the athlete or person I am today! He truly cares… which is why I recommend Mike without reservation. Go to PMT!!

    We have been with Mike who has been my special needs adult son’s trainer for over 5 years! He has been the best ever trainer! He is professional, knowledgeable, and mentor/ friend for my son as well as to us as a family!

    He has helped my son tremendously by helping to control his weight which is a medical issue for my son! TJ loves Mike and going to the gym! It has become another social program as Mike has made it fun for TJ!
    We tried other trainers as well as gyms in the past and nothing can compare to Mike at PROGRESSIVE MOVEMENT TRAINING !
    Not only is he great with the special needs population, we also have sent our granddaughter to him who he has coached during the summer! She is on a JV basketball team in the High High School!
    Thank you Mike and Progressive Movement for Training for keeping our son in great shape! He is 5++++🌟🌟🌟
