Dr Rovner performed a 2 level Cervical Disc Replacement. I’ve prolonged this procedure out of fear of the unknown for years and finally built up the coverage to do it. I had zero pain post op. ZERO. Other than minor neck soreness which is normal , I felt like I was at 100% within 48 hours. Truly an amazing surgeon.

I had anterior/posterior lumbar fusion surgery on 11/5/25. It is now 12/2/25 and the results so far has been amazing! Also, the staff at Progressive are all very professional, patient, and knowledgeable. I was in PT and overheard someone complaining that their spinal surgery didn’t go well. I suggested that she reach out to Progressive and Dr. Rovnar. This surgery has changed my quality of life! Thank you Progressive Spine and Orthopedics!

After my car accident, I had several disc herniations. Dr. Ronver, my surgeon, is not only a superb surgeon but also an awesome human being. He performed my first surgery in August 2025 — a neck cervical fusion. My lower back discs may be treated later. The outcomes have been excellent. Now I am going to Physical Therapy. My wife sees me happy. He is improving my extreme pain. He touched my heart by truly seeing me. I was brought to tears by his generosity and humanity. His staff has been so caring and followed up after surgery. Now that’s next-level care! I truly appreciate it ❤️

Dr. Porter is probably one of the most brilliant , kind , easy to talk to Doctor I have ever experienced. I have learned over the years that there’s a huge difference between a regular orthopedic and a sports orthopedic. Dr. Porter is renowned sports orthopedic. He has been a team doctor in the past for several Miami professional teams. I had a fabulous consultation with him as to how we’re going to handle the issue I have with my shoulder And although it took me probably 45 minutes to 60 minutes to get to the office in Englewood cause I’m not from the area, but I read his reviews and that’s why I went. I would highly suggest that if you have any sports injuries or just shoulder knee, whatever, going to a sports orthopedic you will see the huge difference in the care and what they suggest you do. I would have to give Dr. Porter a 1000%! If you’ve been to other orthopedics, I highly suggest you go to him for a second opinion and if you r in need now I would def make an appointment to consult w Dr Porter. He was trained by the best n working w prof teams makes him far more knowledgeable than an ordinary orthopedic .So if u or your kids have an injury or ortho issue. He’s the Doctor u want to see!
