I had a great visit with Dr Schuman in December 2025. Dr Schuman was a perfect doctor -- great personality, knowledgeable, very attentive to my issues -- and took a great deal of time to explain to me what my tests mean and what I should do about them. I am greatly impressed by him and highly recommend him

Astera is a full service and modern clinic which I highly recommend. The staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Schuman is also a lovely physician with a sense of humor!
Dr. Schumann is an excellent doctor. One of the best I've ever known.
He is my hematologist and he's also an oncologist who created my wife for cancer.
Additionally, the staff is terrific.
Excellent care and attention by Dr. Schumann and his nurses. They have a very caring attitude and take enough time to review everything and properly handsome my questions.
Communications and follow up are also very good.
