Q's Loan

They used to be much better. In 2022ish when gold was 1800/oz they offered me 400 for my necklace. In dec 2025 it is 4,000/oz, instead of more than doubling their offer to reflect present value on same jewelry they offered $650.. for the same piece! I've been a patron for 14 years at this establishment, I thought Toms river would offer more than trenton area, but I was mistaking. Even point pleasants Gold Fever was the worst one, shady workers lied on phone to bait and switch on me once I got there, offered 50 less than Q loans, so Q is better than that place in point on arnold ave for sure.. also Q loans are decent for loans and pawns, but if you have gold that you want the best value that u are selling & ur mobile, I highly recoomend taking the 1 hour tripto Ewing township, n olden ave jewelry store next to the good will, the gentleman was very fair, informative and very well mannered, got over $130 more than Q offer, but it is jewelry store where q is mainly pawn. If I wanted a loan and to buy back my broken unfixable necklace I might go to Q, but I am insulted and was shocked that although the value doubled & is continuing to rise, yet their offer didn't even match the other pawn shops out in trenton and the surrounding towns, I thought my business of the last decade and a half meant more, but seems they changed and are trying to get rich off every sale. But I will say once again, they do have a fair interest rate on loans, and I would still consider using them for that in the future, after shopping around in trenton first

I feel that Chris gave me a good deal on my last pawn experience. I think he gives you better and better deals as he gets to know you. He's a businessman and he wants his money back. I am not a businessman but, I want my jewelry back. Good place!

Been dealing with Q's Loans for many years and from the very 1st time many years ago to present 2025 I have always been treated fairly and with respect. They are all very friendly and family oriented. I would never use another pawn shop again. Q's Loans is my only go to for life.
