From our telephone inquiry to the end of my eventual visit, this Urgent Care was, by far, THE BEST all around! The personnel were courteous, caring and helpful and the PA, Morgan and Assistant Kayla (?) were absolutely 5 star! The office is spotless and everyone effortlessly helps to raise your spirits! 100% recommend!
Best possible experience. I keep coming back here if I need medical support on the weekend. The lady/ies at the front are always pleasant and professional and that's a great experience when you're not feeling well. The young lady who took my vitals and asked why I was here was professional and pleasant as she has been in the past (I was there last year for a tick bite). The P.A. was also pleasant and professional and listened to what I had to say. She explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. This was a 10/10 visit today. Thank you.
The team at the Franklin, NJ Urgent Care is absolutely amazing! The front desk staff is so helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to go more than an extra mile to assist. I had an appointment scheduled for Friday, but I went in on Wednesday and they still found a way to accommodate me. Nurse Jenn was wonderful she went above and beyond to help me get the test I needed. I’m truly grateful for their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend!
Incredibly fast, responsive, and very helpful! Kind staff and a clean office. I was able to drop by for a checkup and prescription right before work, and they were done within less than ten minutes. If you prefer quick and friendly service, I would highly recommend!
