Spring Oak at Forked River

This facility was in consideration, among many, for my grandmother Beverly. At a time when my family desperately needed answers and help, Francesca spent a lot of time with me walking me through our options. She stood above all the other facility contacts that I found available to me. My family and I are grateful for her efforts on our behalf.

Spring Oak in Forked River is home to many of our elderly population. The staff is friendly and accommodating from housekeeping to the wellness staff to management/marketing. * The activities department is always making sure the residents are engaged and pampered. * The dietary staff always ensures the residents have delectable meals and treats. * The wellness staff truly cares for the residents as if they were their own family member. * Housekeeping keeps the building well maintained and clean. * Spring Oak is a great place to live happy and healthy with great friends. I have witnessed this personally. Spring Oak truly cares.

After a year and a half of talking and planning my dad finally agreed to go into assisted living. We had visited a few in the area and although Spring Oak was not the most bougie it had the feeling of home as soon as I walked in. Francesca was very patient with me making me feel like this decision was ok and that my dad would be just fine here. She was totally right because my dad has thrived. He has made friends with not only the other residents but the staff as well. Everyone is very very pleasant from administration (Renee, Joanne ,Francesca ,Laurie) to nurses ,Kitchen (Ross and crew) ,Activities (Ruthann) ,maintenance(James),not to mention the girls at the reception window (everyone of them). They also have a wonderful Physical and occupational therapy crew! Any concerns I have had the staff ha always listened and done their very best to rectify it. If I had a negative comment it would just be that they need to make the halls and dining room much brighter. My father-in-law is a new resident in Spring Oak of Forked River. Let me clarify. While my father-in-law is a new resident, he is actually a return resident having lived in this facility once before. When he decided to return from his out-of-state location Spring Oak had an opening. It couldn’t have worked out any better.
We were recently given the opportunity to provide for my father-in-law’s care with the absolute, essential help of the extremely kind, caring, qualified and knowledgeable staff at Spring Oak.
When you walk in the front door you feel like you’ve entered the lobby of an upscale hotel. The first impression of this facility carries through to the last impression when you leave every time you visit.
It is a very difficult decision to put your parent and/or a loved one into an assisted living facility but if you live near (a) Spring Oak, this is the place to bring them.
I especially like that the staff is always (always) available to address my questions. This availability ranges from the top administrators to the maintenance staff.
My father-in-law is happy to have come back “home” and receive the kind of care, attention and patience he needs.

The staff at Spring Oak Assisted Living of Forked River are always available to answer questions and assist you when you need them. The facility is very clean and welcoming. I had many questions after visiting and calling and they were extremely nice and willing to take the time to talk everything through with me to make me feel good about there living center.
