Dr. Stephany Smith is easy to talk to, she knows her job, she explains well and is very knowledgeable.
Wonderful healthcare facility. Every person I encountered was courteous, kind and helpful. My concerns and questions were treated respectfully and I left feeling confident that my health was their priority!
Not surprised that every review for Dr. Smith is 5 star. If there was an option to rate her higher, I would! About 10 years ago, due to a change in my insurance, I was no longer able to have Dr. Smith as my primary doctor. I can honestly say I was never happy with the doctors in my new network, but last year when my insurance changed again, I had the opportunity to go back to the Vanguard group and, specifically requested, Dr. Smith. I was initially advised that she was not taking any new patients, because she was too busy, which although I wasn't surprised, I was so disappointed. The very sweet team member that I spoke with, was kind enough to ask Dr. Smith if she would take me back as a patient, and she did! I couldn't be happier! Dr. Smith is an amazing doctor who listens, truly cares and makes you feel like your her only patient! She is the very best!
Dr. Smith is terrific. She takes the time to go over everything with you. You're not just a chart with a file number.
