He and his physician assistants are knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and genuinely compassionate, always taking the time to listen and explain. But what makes this practice stand out even more is the entire team behind the scenes. The office manager, the administrators, and the wonderful secretaries who answer the phone all demonstrate kindness, empathy, and sincere dedication. They are consistently helpful, and whenever there is an urgent need or last-minute concern, they always find a way to get us in the same day. Their professionalism, warmth, and commitment to their patients are unmatched, and it is clear that they care deeply about the families they serve.
