This family-run spot is an absolute treasure. The food is incredibly delicious—homemade, flavorful, and clearly made with love. The staff is warm, welcoming, and treats you like one of their own. It may be tucked away, but it’s well worth the trip. A true hidden gem you’ll want to return to again and again!

This is an interesting place. I was just passing through and saw it on Google. It wasn't what I expected. Food was pretty good. I had a burger and hand cut fries. The bathrooms could use some attention amd the waiter was less than stellar. The dining room was rustic and clean. There is indoor and outdoor seating and parking on 2 levels.

We left the interstate, looking for a unique place to eat and found this place. We almost didn’t stop because the outside leaves a lot to be desired. Upon entering, the restaurant had a very, very strong odor - a medicinal smell- that “stays in your nose long after you leave” kind of smell.

Out of everything we ordered (see pix), the best things were the sweet potato fries and the waffle fries. The iced tea was so bad, I couldn’t drink it. Instant, perhaps?

All in all, we were hoping for some good “local flavor” as we passed through this area, but this was a let down. Maybe you have to be a local to appreciate it.

    Good surprise!
Was looking for a breakfast/lunch spot and this place came to mind. So glad that it did. The food was great and it is super cute inside! Great tables by the window to just relax and enjoy. I've known of the place for years but have never been in (stopped by on a Sunday once but they were closed.) All in all, it was a great choice. Eagerly awaiting my next visit!

Lovely diner and bar. We went for dinner the other night and and enjoyed this place immensely. I ordered smoked pork chops and my partner ordered a cheese steak. All was delicious and the prices are unbeatable.
There was one waitress who was also the bartender. The place was busy but she never kept us waiting. What a hero!
    We'll definitely be coming back!
