After taking down a good amount of trees around my house my AC had trouble keeping up during heat waves due to size and exposure of our windows. We wanted something that would reduce heat but not take away from our picturesque window and view. Melanie knew exactly what we wanted and needed. The shades were simple and did not at all take away from our space. I was beyond impressed with how effective they were at keeping the temperature down, the main reason we needed them. The motorized option is a god send and in glad I spent a little extra for it. The instal process was nice and easy. Thanks Melanie and team!

Melanie first visited with me to discuss our needs and provided great advice and recommendations that were in keeping with both our tastes and colors. She showed me an extensive range of color and fabric samples allowing me to select options we knew we’d be happy with but could also incorporate some of my existing furniture pieces. Melanie sat with me and did all the measurements and was able to provide me with a quote right on the spot. Fast forward to install day, John arrived on time and was armed with all he needed to get the job completed. It was quickly evident John is an experienced professional in his work with an eye for detail in the finished look of the installation. As the installation progressed Joe demonstrated walked through helpful tips regarding the maintenance and easily answered all our questions and concerns. We are so happy with our new drapes.
