If I could give 10 stars I would!! I have been using Taunton Jewelers for years and wanted the center stones of my engagement ring changed. I asked if they could make the original 7 center diamonds into a pendant. I knew their work would be beautiful, BUT it wasn’t….. It was SPECTACULAR! The ring looked like it was meant to have this new diamond all along and the pendant they custom made is incredible. I am beyond thrilled and cannot recommend them enough. As a bonus, my husband found earrings to surprise me with. Not once have I ever felt rushed to buy or pressured. Taunton Jewelers is my “go to”. Kathleen

I love these guys! I discovered them at Christmas and my wife loved the bracelet. I contacted the store during the covid 19 pandemic and left a message looking for both a birthday and mother’s day gift. Hank called back the next day and gave me his cell phone number and I described what I was looking for. He had it in his store and he did a curbside delivery. What an easy transaction.True customer service. I now have a personal jeweler. Call Hank or Jake. They will give excellent service. By the way my wife loved the gifts.
Hank and Jake always go the extra mile to make things better than you expect. Just picked up a ring that I damaged so badly they we're not sure could be repaired . Imagine my surprise when Hank took it out of the envelope and it looked better than when it was new. What a great job it was. I also had many clocks repaired by them. Always more than happy with the results. I highly recommend this establishment.
