If you have never been to The BBQ Pit …GET THERE!!!!! Its UNBELIEVABLE!!! Amazing food!!! Amazing staff!!! (ESPECIALLY SHANNON at the Register) The Owners are GREAT!!! (ESPECIALLY TONY)❤️ The cornbread has a maple butter topping!!! (TO DIE FOR)!! Im in HEAVEN!!!!!! The prices are 💯 reasonable. My husband & I got the Mega sampler. We didnt think it would be enough food…..BOY WERE WE WRONG!!! 😂 7 Naughright rd. Long Valley NJ. Sorry the pics are all 1/2 eaten, we couldnt wait! 😂❤️👍

The food was delicious and you got a lot of it, best of all the staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming. We got the chili cheese tots which were a very big serving, my mom got the brisket sandwich and I got the jalapeno cheddar sausage sandwich. It was all amazing and they give you a side of chips that are homemade, coleslaw and pickles. The man that was tending to the seating area was quick to get you whatever you needed and was kind and friendly. They also have the barbecue sauces and hot sauces on the table which is always nice. I also got a pig-shaped pretzel for National pig day and it was adorable.I would absolutely go here again and will be looking into some catering for a family party!

It’s a shame I can only give them 5 stars because this place deserves way more. The atmosphere gives cozy southern vibes. Very clean as well. The food was amazing!!! We tried the mega sampler and was not disappointed by anything. You can tell it was smoked and seasoned to perfection. No need for sauce you could eat the meat without it. It just melted in my mouth. I cannot wait to come back!

Thrilled with this new BBQ restaurant!! Food is authentically delicious!! We ordered a bunch of items for our first take out order: brisket platter, pulled pork platter, pulled chicken platter, Mac & cheese bowl with brisket, plus extra sides potato salad, crispy fries and tater tots. Everything was outstanding!! The potato salad is absolutely home made and incredible!! All the BBQ items were perfectly cooked and loaded with flavor. Plus we got 5 desserts on top of all the platters & sides - $103 for all that food before tip. That’s amazing!! Great portions and prices!! Thank you for being an affordable, delicious spot for a family to enjoy real BBQ!! We needed you in our neighborhood and will continue to order from you. So glad they also have a loyalty program already in place for frequent diners - they are doing everything right!! EXCELLENT small business!!
