I don't understand the negative reviews on the billing side of things personally. I received accurate invoices through email before paying any bill, and only had to call once due to an small insurance error.
The service is great as well. I feel much better after 7 months of care with them
The staff is very knowledgeable. I have recommended to others. An extra thank you to the lady in the billing department. In a world with customer service declining not many would take the time to help and explain like you did.
