I had contacted the store to inquire about setup/repair services for a new strat of mine, and after bringing it in, I was immensely impressed with the level of warm customer service and speed with which I was able to get my guitar serviced. Not only did the store staff look over my guitar as soon as I stepped into the store, but the repair staff promptly began looking it over and started working on it right then and there (I was expecting a wait period of at least a day or two). I feel bad I didn't get the names either staff member but they both were excellent and assisted me with great care and speed. Even with a class that I think was about to start there too at the time, I was able to leave the store with my guitar just 10-15 min after bringing it in! Fantastic experience and I would highly recommend this business especially to anyone looking for a quality (and speedy) setup/repair service!

Excellent local music store with great, helpful staff. They set up my guitar while I was there and even talked me through their process, which was very informative. It plays great now! Always a pleasure to stop in for any gear or repairs. Wide variety of instruments and accessories as well.
