Couldn’t have asked for a more helpful experience, the owner had no problem taking time to look at the pictures I had of my project and explaining to me exactly what I needed to do to fix my problem and handed me everything I needed to do it. They saved me hundreds of dollars, when I suggested maybe I was in over my head and maybe should call a plumber, they reassured me that I could do it myself and could call them if I had any other questions. You’ll never get that at any big box stores. Shop local. Support your local businesses and enjoy a more personal experience.

Guy just dont doesn't know how to talk to costumers just go in buy something get out

We needed a part for our furnace on the 3rd of July, a Saturday, at 3:40 in the afternoon. We called The Plumbing Store and the person who answered said he had the part but was closing soon and we are 40 minutes away. He went above and beyond and said he would stay open until we got there since we were totally stuck without the part. More people like that is what we need in this world. So grateful for his help

Outstanding help for the DIY guy or gal. Expert advice, answer questions, and reasonably priced. You probably won’t have to make a return trip to pick up something the box store pro didn’t tell you about. Gary and Sal are class acts. Even if you didn’t quite measure it correctly. Highly recommend a visit or better yet call them, they actually answer your questions or point you in the right direction.
