The Tile Place

I always like to support the local businesses in my community. We worked with Mike at the Neptune City store on the selection of tile and grout for our kitchen backsplash. The options are endless. He was terrific. We had a few pencil tiles arrive broken and they were replaced immediately. No questions asked. Great experience.

We used the tile place twice. Once to renovate our kitchen and once to renovate our bathroom. Such a pleasure to deal with knowledgable friendly staff. Much more pleasent experience than the big box stores. Joy gave us good advice, a friendly face, no pressure, and the bathroom floor came out great! Thanks!

Very good retailer. We are buying all the tiles and heated mat for our bathroom build from them. Joy (sales) and Mike (sales) work closely with my contractor. Great selection. Super service. We used them about ten years ago for a bathroom remodel. Great back then as well. I would recommend if you need tiling and flooring. They made what could have been a very stressful experience a lot easier.

The Tile Place came through for us and we are so grateful for their help. We were half way through with a bathroom renovation and had issues with our original contractor so we reached out to Bob at the Tile Place and he came out immediately and arranged to get everything done. His crew did an amazing job. Everyone from the Tile Place was fantastic, kind, helpful and I would highly recommend them!

Very knowledgeable and friendly service. We need the advice of experts and we obviously came to the right place. It was such a pleasure to deal with Bob and Nicolette, they offered us a variety of options and suggestions and let us take some samples home to see just how it would work in our bathroom. I was truly impress that for a relatively small store, they had so much to offer and they helped us stay within our budget and they really worked with us. They were recommended by two of our contractors and they did not disappoint! Try it; I think you'll agree. I didn't have the chance to meet the rest of the staff but my wife and I were very happy to work with these pros!
