Top Level Renovation

This team was fantastic in completing a major kitchen upgrade. Everything was done with professionalism and completed on time. They were super patient with delays that had nothing to do with them. Pricing was fair and communication with Alberto is top notch. I would recommend highly. All of the sub contractors were excellent also, wood floors, tiles and staircases.

Amazing experience with Top Level Renovating my bathroom! The team was great with communication right from the start, making it really easy to reach out for any issues or changes that came up during the design. Everything was installed beautifully, especially the tiling work! I also didn't quite have everything ordered at the start of the job, but the team was able to hold the original schedule which was great. Highly recommend!

Top Level did an amazing job, from beginning to end, in building our dream kitchen. It all started with Alberto, he was a chill guy. Honest and always available to make sure things go smoothly. Then I met Jackie who helped guide me with some key design ideas. When it came time to start the project, Patrick and Alex were there to tie up loose ends and ensure an efficient time line. The whole team was not only courteous of our space, but very skilled and hardworking. Their craftsmanship was impeccable. I was excited to have a new kitchen, but honestly did not think it would turn out this nice! Could not be happier since we spend 90% of our time in the kitchen especially with friends and family over. Would recommend Alberto and his team to anyone and we look forward to having them back for future projects!

Top Level Renovation did a “Top Notch” job on renovating our master bathroom. The workmen were courteous, professional, and skilled in their trade. We had never had a major renovation done before so we did not know what to expect. Alberto and our project manager, Patrick kept an open line of communication and addressed all of our concerns. The end result was exactly what we had hoped for.

Alberto and his team at Top Level Renovation did an excellent job renovating our basement to create a large playroom, office, and spare bedroom. It was a big project that involved demolition of portions of the walls and flooring, plus new framing, insulation, molding, ceiling lights, doors, vents, flooring, etc. We also had the basement repainted and a staircase repaired and stained. Throughout the project, Alberto was a consummate professional and very patiently answered all our questions and addressed our concerns. This is our first large renovation, and Alberto's communication style and willingness to keep us in the loop was incredibly important to us. He really went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable with the process and expenses. He did several walkthroughs personally to make sure everything was perfect and all the problems were fixed. We are thrilled with the way our basement turned out, and would strongly recommend Alberto and his crew for similar projects.
