Good price , great service
I have my service contract for my 22kW Generac home generator with Warshauer. I wanted to thank you for sending out Carlos to do the service call today. Carlos did an extremely thorough job of servicing my generator. He adjusted spark gap, cleaned battery terminals, tested everything, and even adjusted my gas pressure, which was a bit low. My generator starts on one crank now, and Carlos was very personable and explained a lot about the generator to me. I very much appreciated the level of service he provided. Thanks for sending him. I couldn't be happier with my service contract with Warshauer
Clark who is the service technician is a pleasure to work with. He has serviced all 3 of the firehouse generators. He is very respectful and very informative. He provides effective communication on what he is doing and ensures that before he leaves the service call that not only am I satisfied with the service, but if I understand what was completed. He has the education in what he is doing and is able to provide a learning experience for those who aren't so familiar with Generators. His passion on helping customers is great, and his customer service is beyond above standards. He is a great asset to your company, especially being on the front line.
