Total Wellness of NJ

I have been bringing my newborn to Dr. Bret for a fee weeks now, and we are so grateful for how much he has helped our baby girl! Before we went she was pooping every 3 days or so and struggling when she did go. Now she goes every day, sometimes twice a day and is noticeably a happier baby. Sometimes she goes right after her appt, and today she even went during! Beyond that, the staff is always so welcoming and friendly. She even got a little welcome sign for her first visit which was adorable! Would recommend anyone with a fussy newborn to come get them adjusted here so your baby (and you) can get some relief!

Absolutely love Total Wellness of NJ! After our daughter’s traumatic birth and time in the NICU, she was having a really tough time especially in the car seat and with breastfeeding. We later found out her C1 and sacrum were out of alignment, which was contributing to her discomfort and latch issues. After just a few gentle adjustments from Dr. Tami and Dr. Brett, we saw such a difference, she became more comfortable nursing and actually enjoys car rides now!

Dr. Tami and Dr. Brett are not only incredibly skilled, but also incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to chiropractic care and holistic healing. As a first-time mom, they’ve been such a reassuring and supportive resource, always taking the time to explain things and make sure I feel confident and informed. I’ve learned so much at every visit.

They also offer a free moms group that I attended, which has been a total game-changer, amazing guest speakers, real conversations, and now some lifelong friendships. I truly can’t say enough good things about Total Wellness of NJ. They’ve helped our whole family in more ways than one!

I’ve been taking my now 9 month old son to see Dr. Tami and Dr. Brett for 6 months and it will never cease to amaze me the changes that have been made. He sleeps better, his temperament is better and he’s always so happy when he’s at the office. The staff if so kind and the office is beautiful.
On a deeper level, I have never felt so cared for as a mother than I do at this practice. I’ve cried ugly tears to Dr. Tami more times then I can count and her care and support have meant more to me then I can put into words.They truly are healers. Mind, body and soul. If you’re a new mother or even a second time mom like me I can’t recommend chiropractic care enough. It’s changed our lives and I’m so thankful for them. 10/10

I’ve had such a great experience with Dr Tami and Dr Brett for myself and for my newborn. My son is thriving which is definitely due to the help of chiropractic care. The office is clean and tidy. The staff is so kind. I highly recommend Total Wellness of NJ for prenatal, postpartum and pediatric chiropractic care!

Tami & Bret are the best they care about their patients. The staff are friendly and willing to help you on a pinch notice. I started going to total wellness of NJ since the early 2000s I met bret at Jefferson township Day and he welcomed me to come in to his office to get my back adjusted. I then had moved away from NJ though I wanted to move back for the longest time. In 2022 I was able to move back and came back to Bret for an adjustment. I know he & Tami will help me become more healthy.
