I highly recommend TPK Construction, Inc. for all major and minor renovations. I wish that I could have given them a thousand stars instead only 5! I used them for both a hallway bathroom renovation 2 years ago & most recently a total kitchen renovation. Both times, they exceeded my expectations.

Their attention to detail and quality of workmanship is impeccable. Everything from the walls, floors cabinets, tile layout was all perfect and leveled. It’s clear that they take real pride in their craft. My new kitchen is absolutely stunning!

Communication with Teddy and Yianni was excellent throughout the entire process for both projects. Teddy is very creative and has great ideas for making spaces more functional and aesthetically pleasing. They both really understood what was important for the desired end results for both projects.

Timelines were met as discussed and their whole team was extremely professional, courteous, and respectful to our property.

They were very fair and reasonable in regard to budget and were very open and honest for any issues that came up and required additional costs.

What also stood out most from other contractors used in the past was their unbelievable cleanliness. Every day they laid down drop cloths, sealed off work areas with plastic and cleaned up the house when they left at the end of the day. At the end of the project, they surprised us by cleaning everything from the floors, countertops and even the hallway bathroom. The house looked brand new & even cleaner than when they had stated the kitchen renovation project.

If you want a contractor who treats your home like their own, leaves it cleaner than when they stated, and delivers beautiful results, look no further. TPK Construction, Inc. is the only company to call!

TPK came and transformed a garage into a beautiful “studio apartment” so that my 80 yr old mom could stay in her Stafford Twp home. They were diligent, respectful, efficient, trustworthy and conscientious. They not only were professional but also treated my mom like their own and showed true concern for her well being.
