Absolutely delighted with Kim's expertise, professionalism and quality of product. I recently moved into a 230 year old row house and designed a kitchen that highlighted the beamed ceiling and other original features. I wanted to continue with the vintage feel and put an industrial spin on it. Just wanted to thank Kim and her staff for quickly responding to an issue I had with the quality of cabinet my builder used... not the fault of Blue Wave. Kim offered to replace the cabinet doors at a minimal cost to me, even though my warrantee expired. Great and generous response!
