Went in to shorten a bracelet and ended up getting 2 done. Great rates, bought the scraps back and got my pieces back in about an hour. Good customer service, nice work. Will definitely be returning soon!
I have lived in the area for a long time but never thought to try this place out. I needed a battery for a watch so walked in without an appointment and the gentleman working there (who turned out to be the owner), dropped what he was doing and took care of my watch while I waited. The guy is a true pro and had me out of there in 10 minutes, including adjusting the band. I'm kicking myself for not trying them out sooner. Highly recommend them.

He listens and offers the best approach to fix my watches at different times at reasonable price. Above all, the jeweler performed the work promptly and timely as promised. So I needed a new copy of my fiancée's mother's ring within a tight deadline. I should have done better research and understand how long it would take to make a copy of a unique band with the diamond. Other jewelers time me it would be nowhere near ready before my trip to Mexico where I proposed. However, Glenn assured me it would be ready before my trip. Not only did he have it ready in time, he had it done well before I needed said ring and made it exactly identical to the original ring. He is great at communicating and will give you a price that beats any competition. While I live in Philadelphia, I have no problem going out of my way just to get such great service again.
