The doctor's care is excellent, it's a shame that the customer service from the receptionist who makes the calls and greets you at the entrance is not friendly at all; her bad attitude is intimidating.

Dr Tutela is boss! The main person at the desk is a bit goofy. The general staff are meh. However, the eye glass guy is very sweet and super helpful. Appointments here are hard to come by. I usually have to wait months, and since I never think ahead on my contact script expiration, I walk around half blind for months until my appt. My husband refuses to deal with this. If not for the convenience (3 mins from home) and the Rock Star Dr I wouldn't either.
Dr. Tutela is a caring and compassionate doctor. He helped me so much. Everyone in the office is kind and considerate. Even though this is a very busy doctor’s office, I always feel like a priority as a patient.
They seem to overbook, so appointments are often well over an hour without explanation. Dr is rushed and inattentive, and at my last visit he hurried out of the examination room within two minutes despite other patients receiving significantly more time and much more cordial treatment. It makes for quite an uncomfortable visit every time, as I can reliably predict long wait times and at best detached (at times rude) behaviors from Dr and staff.
