I had to bring my 82 year-old mother in for hearing evaluation. My daughter is already a patient there and loves them so of course I bought Mom there. Dr. Knapp was absolutely fabulous! She took the time to speak to my mother and asked her questions but really listened to her. Dr. Knapp understood her circumstances and was very patient. We were able to get her hearing aids ordered immediately. I am so appreciative of Dr. Knapp and the services provided by everyone in the office. They were all super friendly and worked together to make it such an easy and quick appointment. I would recommend them 1000%
