Dr. Pannullo was unhurried and caring in her discussion with me. She spent time on advantages and disadvantages of treatment, answered all questions, and was very knowledgeable about my problem. She put me at ease.
I was very pleasantly surprised when I met with her that she started by asking me about my questions, desires, and concerns, and kept them in mind as she launched into a discussion about treatment options. I felt like she treated me like a human being, rather than as a walking medical condition, as is too often the case with doctors. For her, patient centered care seems to be more than just a buzzword.
My experience with Dr Susan Pannulo was excellent is every aspect. She is thoroughly professional, easy to relate to and she explains everything carefully , completely and in a manner that made me feel that she listens to me , hears my concerns and answers thoroughly. I would and have referred several people to her
