I called to make an appointment to get xrays for my 85 year old mother. After a long on-line search, I was happy to find a local place open on Saturdays. But I was told that they no longer do xrays. I asked her if she was aware that they have xrays listed on their site. She replied, "We lost access to our website and can't make any changes." As she hung up she said, "No problem." Well, actually it is a big problem for me. But maybe it's better not to trust my mother's medical care to a place that can't even figure out their own website.
The tech, Mr. Shah was so friendly and Dr. Sammy was amazing! They were so nice and made you feel very comfortable. Im claustrophobic so he made sure to make the entire experience less nerve wracking. Recommend 100%
My experience was great. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The MRI was easy and relaxing. I would definitely recommended Urgent Care Imaging and Radiology Center, if you are looking for a great experience.
I had three different MRIs done at this center, one of which was about 45 mins long. They were very professional and courteous. The techs are knowledgeable and make you as comfortable as possible. The staff and general office environment is pleasant. Definitely recommend this center because it’s small, private and quiet.
