Dr Monica was exceptional in his knowledge and caring but more than that even he was willing to take our daughter for surgery the next day due to her debilitating pain. Unsurpassed and caring professional.
I came to Dr. Monica with some symptoms that were a bit uncommon due to a ganglion cyst coming out of my elbow joint. My right hand had tremors and would get tired very quickly when I would use scissors which is something I do a lot of at work. I also knew I had carpal tunnel as well so I had the open carpal tunnel release and a cyst excision in the same surgery. The closing stitches were done really well, and once its all healed there shouldn't be much of a scar at all. I am so thankful to Dr. Monica for giving me the full use of my hand back!
Dr. Monica has been taking care of my family for 10 years. He removed a lipoma from my wife’s wrist. She’s a world class pianist And would consider no one else on the East Coast to perform this procedure. she’s doing unbelievably well like nothing ever happened. He’s performed several procedures on both of my hands and doing phenomenally. Hes a great guy, great disposition super talented. No need to go to New York or Philly. Dr. Monica is your answer!
Dr. Monica is a very skilled orthopedic surgeon with an excellent bedside manner who performed a reverse shoulder arthroplasty on me in October 2024. The results of this surgery have been remarkable. I have complete range of motion and no pain whatsoever so ever. I am back in the gym working out and doing everything I did before I needed the surgery. Special shoutout also to my physical therapist Greg Roth who did a wonderful job getting me back on track.

He was patient, reassuring, clearly interested in how I was feeling, and how he could be most helpful. Although a surgeon, he pursued the least invasive solutions first, with surgery as a consideration only if the other procedures didn't help.
