After reviewing & explaining my x-rays, Dr. McDonnell thoroughly answered all my questions. I'm extremely satisfied with my results thus far & I'm confident in my continued progress.
My doctor was great when I finally saw him. He reviewed my films and answered my questions to my satisfaction. However, I felt the wait was exceptionally too long. Plus I made it my business to be early for my appointment. I wasn’t sure how they were deciding on who to call first. But I was there before many of those who were called before me. Also once I was inside the room I waited for almost another hour 30 minutes before my doctor saw me. There has to be a better way. I still do recommend Dr McDonnell, because he’s not quick to recommend surgery, unless of course he felt it was necessary. In conclusion, my problem was with the wait and not with my doctor.
Dr. McDonnell is a first class physician and surgeon. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He takes the time to explain everything concerning my condition. I would not go anywhere else for my back issues. Highly highly recommended.
Dr McDonnell is a fabulous doctor who thoroughly explains the causes of your pain and immobility as well as what options are available. He also is happy to answer all questions. He provides detailed information on the procedures he will be performing. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone with spine issues.
