Go straight to Eric's choices on the menu, thats where the really good stuff is. Ordered a handful of items and they were all very good.
Vietnam Bistro was such a great find! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Everything we ordered was delicious — the chả giò were perfectly crispy, the bánh bao thịt nướng had such flavorful grilled pork, and the cơm sườn bì chả ốp la was a full comfort meal with tender ribs, fried egg, and the best mix of textures. The phở đặc biệt was loaded with beef meatball, brisket, tripe, and oxtail — so hearty and rich. You can really taste the care that goes into every dish. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!
We love Vietnam Bistro and have been coming for years. Sometimes we do sit down and sometimes we get it to go!

We’ve been here a bunch of times when we were still in NJ. My husband really liked the bahn mi from here and I also liked whatever I got plus the Thai tea was very good too. Will definitely come here when we visit NJ soon.
Excellent Vietnamese Food! Came here for lunch. We started with shrimp summer roll. Next, we had beef and grilled pork Banh mi. The bread was very fresh and the meats were very flavorful. My daughter had the fried chicken with rice. Everything was reasonably priced and tasted on point. Check out the photos. We would return for sure!
