I decided to buy a piano for my daughter during the New Year holiday and hoped to complete the purchase with minimal hassle, as I wanted to devote more time to preparing a Sunday School class at my church. Warner’s name came up on Google Maps, and the customer reviews immediately gave me confidence—especially one review that mentioned they sell directly from their warehouse, which helps keep costs and prices low. Warner was also listed as a reputable local piano dealer according to Chat-GPT.
It turned out to be absolutely worth the one-hour drive. I ended up purchasing a piano from Warner on my first and only piano-shopping trip.
Ralph Weil, the owner, is a genuinely kind and trustworthy gentleman. He is a diligent salesperson, trying his best to talk about his products, but does not sound pushy at all. He showed me several models in their modest-sized warehouse and patiently walked me through the options. At one point, my daughter began playing a Christian song, and our conversation naturally turned into a warm fellowship between brothers in Christ. His Christian faith, demonstrated so naturally during our discussion, gave me great confidence—something especially important since I know very little about pianos and wanted to make a quick decision.
Ralph even offered me a Christian discount, and the final price was lower than the lowest price range suggested by Chat-GPT. Overall, it was a smooth, honest, and pleasant experience. I highly recommend Warner to anyone looking for a piano and a dealer they can truly trust.
I bought a Kawai Novus NV-10S hybrid piano from Ralph and Larry five months ago, and I really wanted to put it through its paces before leaving a review, so that I could be confident in saying that every word of praise they have for the brand is true -- and I can definitely now say that with full confidence.
This isn't a review of my piano -- I love it -- it's a review of Warner Piano Company, and there's not much to say, really. Ralph and Larry are two of the nicest gentlemen I've ever met, they're both extremely knowledgeable about Kawai pianos, they patiently let me play a number of different instruments in their warehouse, they never tried to twist my arm into buying anything, and when I was ready to make a purchase, they gave me an incredible deal on a great instrument.
For what it's worth, I've been playing piano for about 35 years, I play at a rather advanced level, and was blown away by the quality of modern Kawai actions -- both the responsiveness and the huge degree of control they offer. If you're in the market for a new piano, I highly suggest you consider Kawai, and I highly suggest you give Warner Piano Company a call.
We couldn't have had a better experience buying our pre-owned upright piano from Warner. Ralph and Larry were so knowledgeable, and helpful when we were deciding what would be best for our son. They didn't pressure us into buying the most expensive piano either as we told them we were interested in a pre-owned. They gave us a fair price, and delivery was very smooth. Ralph even called me a couple of days after delivery to see how my son was liking his new piano. They include a tuning 2 months after delivery as well. I highly suggest if you are in the market for a new or pre owned piano, you go see Ralph and Larry at Warner. Thanks again!
I purchased the Kawai K300 from Warner Piano Company. The team was excellent - they were patient and knowledgeable, explaining everything to us. It had high quality and excellent service, which we could trust. We were very touched and received it before Thanksgiving. The children were very happy. Thank you again for your service!
Thanks to Ralph! We had wonderful experience at Warner Piano. We went there after 4pm to look for an upright piano for my 7 years old daughter. Ralph was showing us all different kind of piano, let my daughter played all the piano in the showroom even the Grand Piano. He was so patiently tell us the stories of the piano, explaining the different of all piano. Even after their business hours, he spend 2 hours to help us find the right piano for unbeatable price that fits my daughter’s needs, and set up the the fast delivery, I got my brand new Kawai K-200 delivered after one day, Definitely recommend Warner Piano.
