I have gone to AAccess in Larchmont, NY twice. The first time was when my desktop computer was dead as a stone; no sign of "life". I was panicked because I was not yet using the Cloud and I had untold thousands of files on its hard drive. AAcess detected a problem with my power supply, which they replaced by the next morning. Another time, I found myself unable to access about 150 photos I had just shot at a youth soccer tournament. I knew that I had saved the pictures, because I had reviewed them on the camera itself, but when I put the SD card into my computer to edit them, nothing came up. The guy at AAccess took the SD card and used data-recovery software that rescued all the pictures, and he promptly transferred them to a new SD card. Both times, I was charged a very fair price, and the service was friendly, professional, and 100% effective.
AAccess in Larchmont has been an invaluable aid to me for desktop and laptop computers for over 15 years. Their representatives are always knowledgeable of all systems I've used, including Apple Computers & Dell Computers, WordPerfect or MS Word. I highly recommend Access!!!
I had problems with my desktop. My regular computer guy couldn't fix them. He suggested that I call AAcess.net in Larchmont, which I did. AAcess.net promptly sent one of their people to my place, He fixed everything, which was great. The price, however, was less great.
AAccess.net is very good for repairing PC's. I visit my branch in Harrison when necessary when needing repairs. They are much better than BEST B UY's Geek Squad and more experienced.
