Absolute Auction & Realty saved us time, energy, & money. Do not hesitate to use their services, but be sure to read ALL the contracts & ask questions. We used the all or nothing auction and realty services which helped us liquidate a home and possessions of a family household after we tried our own cleanup, FB marketplace, Craigslist, & thrift stores. Would not hesitate to call Phil & company in the future, our interactions were friendly, informative, very fair and timely. Your time is precious, use Absolute's services!

As an antique dealer I've done business with Absolute for years. Totally love them, one of my favorite sources.

I give this review 2 stars instead of 1 because you have to do your homework on items first so i take blame on myself as well. This is more of a do diligence review for bidders. All because AAR says it's something doesn't mean that it's the real item and not a knockoff. They have a disclaimer in terms of service that says they do not guarantee the description of item is accurate, #5 of terms of service.

Short story is we won an item that was listed as new from the manufacturer. When we got it home it just didn't feel right to us so we contacted the manufacturer and gave them the model number on the tag to make sure we got what was listed. Much to our suprise the manufacturer told us that model number doesn't match anything in their system. we described the item to them and they informed us that what we got was not one of their items the (stitching, thickness, logo, feel) is not what they make in their factory.

Comes down to it AAR listed the item as new from manufacturer when Indeed was a knockoff. I can almost guarantee that the other people that received the same item have the same problem since the auction had multiple of said item listed.

    Bidders beware.

That's the risk you take when buying blind from an auction.
