All Care Treadmill Repair

I have a Nordic Track Commercial X11i Treadmill. I bought it in 2019 and use it regularly as I love this machine. It inclines up to 40 and allows you to get a good workout in less time with our busy schedules. It has moved with me within Florida and back to NY. I have hired companies to disassemble it and reassemble it as well as address anything that seemed off.

I can say that no one other than John has ever shown the time and care in reassembling or servicing my treadmill. I just moved to NY and needed the reassembly service. I am off warranty of course. He not only reassembled the unit but alerted me to several things that no other service tech ever did. Several of these things could, did and will in the future affect its long term performance, which is important to me. Rather than try to sell me services or products, he both showed me and told me what to get and how to take care of it, which would save me money on future services and repairs. It is refreshing to find someone who cares more about good service. My belt was a bit frayed, in desperate need of lubricant and instead of pushing me toward a new one, he showed me how to care and repair it if it happens again. He told me the belt is still good to keep using and saved me on a replacement at this time. Things you wouldn’t expect. His service fee was so minimal that I felt I was a friend more than a customer. This was the second time John came to fix one of my treadmills over the past few years. He does great work, is very professional and is respectful of the home. We enjoy talking with John and appreciate his repairs he's done for us. If we ever have issues again, we will hope to have him back over to handle it for us. Great service, thank you!

I contacted John recently about my treadmill not working. He did a great job a few years ago getting it back up and running. It’s not a very high end machine, but he said i should get a few more years out of it. He was correct. So, I contacted him on getting a new treadmill. It would be easy for him just to say “I’m not involved in selling treadmills, good luck”. He didn’t do that. He spent time emailing me and going over different options. This saved me a lot of time doing my own research. If you want an honest professional, look no further!!
