Staff wasn't much helpful. They tried to sell me a generic key even though it's not going to help me much. They tried to question me where I get the key and all details which is not the best approach for a business owner.
It was nice finding a brick and mortar lock smith. Family owned business, great people and great service. Needed a key for a curio cabinet. Brought the lock in and they designed 2 keys for it. Couldn’t be more satisfied.
I Had an amazing experience at American Lock and Alarm Corporation today. I was currently in jam and needed a key that I had already bought for my 2009 civic due to the old one breaking off. After finding out some locksmiths would charge me upwards of $180 or more just to cut the new key I found this place that is local and only CHARGES $20!!! to cut my new key. The lady at the counter was awesome and very nice. I would recommend this locksmith to anybody especially if you’re in a jam. I will definitely be coming back in the future if I ever have any Lock and key needs. Great Job American Lock and Alarm Corporation.
We were interested in installing an electronic deadbolt, and the staff took the time to explain every available option to us. Staff went over all installation options. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone.
