Our contractor recently installed all new locks. Unfortunately none of them worked properly. We contacted Syosset Lock to come in and fix each installation. The technician was superb. He was polite and did the work efficiently without any mess. We had been told that one lock could not have same key as our front door because it was a different brand. The technician said that wasn't the case and re-keyed that lock so now we can use a single key for all of our locks. We highly recommend Syosset Lock.
