Walked in here around 6:15pm on 10/8/25, and i have to say, it was a lousy experience. Bad enough their prices are higher than their competitors, but tonight, this store had 4 employees walking around and just ignoring me, not asking if i needed help. One even looked at me and turned away. Shame, cause i’m a rewards member and also wanted a Dewalt atomic recip saw at $200 behind the glass case. Got fed up and just walked out. Oh well, guess ill take my business to The Home Depot. To the owner/and or manager seeing this review: please talk to your employees on having them ask their customers if they need any help. You lost a $200 purchase tonight, which is never any good.

As usual my latest trip to Ace Hardware was met with a very helpful associate. He escorted me to get what I wanted and again followed up a few minutes later to make certain I got the items. I really like this store. Every time I go there everyone I have dealt with has been professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Great store!
I bought my medium Big Green Egg here years ago, and have been shopping here just about Bi-weekly for all the BGE accessories. Spices, rubs, BBQ equipment, charcoal. They got it all. The BGE Charcoal is hard to come by, but when it’s here I get a few bags. That’s really the only section i go to and I love it. Employees are great, store is clean. Prices are decent, obviously I’d like to pay less but in this day the prices go up, the size goes down. I also respect that they were closed thanksgiving. People shouldn’t work they should be home!
