Harbor Freight

Purchased over $400 in merchandise and after paying i was told I can not take the cart out to my car .... I had to pull up in front of a very busy store and strip and make an extra trip for what to accommodate a made up policy ? I have back issues and the stuff I purchased was heavy and iam supposed to make a extra trip so their employees dont have to chase carts down at the end of a shift. I was told by a manager simply
"Because that's their store policy" Yet there is a clear legible sign on the exit that states .Clearly, you may take the carts out to your car but please return them . When I brought that sign to her attention I was scolded with a huge attitude "why is it a problem for you no other customers complain"

Well maybe other customers dont have lower back pain that gets worse the more I walk especially in the cold but God forbid this manager had the decency to even ask or offer to help and I was told again nasty "go get your car "

So of course my merchandise was paid for and the sign said VERY CLEARLY YOU MAY TAKE THE CART TO YOUR CAR so I took the cart to my car and still was nice wnough to bring it back into the store as they do not have a cart rack outside to serve that very purpose.

Apparently she is setting the tone for the rest of the employees to actually create problems for customers instead of solving them ....Simply completly unprofessional

Sorry I had no attitude with the cashier or the manger at all i simply asked a question and had to be spoke to like a child by someoen in a management postition..there is no other side to this story this is exactly what happend

I was absolutely shocked by the disturbing 😲 prices 😳 . The presentation OUTSIDE WAS A DISPLEASURE to gaze upon The prices, in my opinion, are too high. The staff is extremely nice they are the only reason I purchased this day. The store is neat 👌.

A great deal and valuable tool was added to my toolset now ❤️ Harbor freight sells the best drywall sander 9 ‘’ was really worth it, also big thanks to Lisa/Liz she was very helpful and I love her big smile and attitude and vibe are perfect and I was actually in a long line asking for vacuum bucket kit if they have she goes” we carry it want me to grab it for you, you can just stay in the line” I couldn’t thank her enough…. A real and authentic customer service that’s the role-model also big thanks to WARREN at the cashier caught him right before catching his lunch break 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
