Good place to get keys copied. I visited this store this morning to get a replacement part for a broken toilet. The in person support that customers receive in this store is something that large home improvement stores don't provide.
Great customer service that's for starters. Like any smaller store they certainly don't carry every thing that Lowes does, but they have the core basics and can get you anything you need if you're willing to wait for it. You'll certainly get more personalized attention with whatever you need.
When no one else carries it, you can find it here. My dad put me on years ago and when ever I cant find a piece or Lowes tell me they don't make it anymore. I find it here. Knowledgeable workers who know what a doohickie is!!
Friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't have something they won't try to get you to buy something that's doesn't fit your needs. I was looking for a specific type of machine screws and they told me to go online. The next time I went there, I asked if it were cheaper to purchase several small packs of screws or a box of 100 and the owner said that the box is cheaper.
