    I used them last season for the first time, and my first year as an in-ground pool owner. Overall, the company is very good. I’m having my liner replaced this year by them, which lets you know that I still have faith in this company.
    One true factor that really brings up the company’s rating is Brenden Short. This gentleman really knows his pools. A true guru of pool problem solving. Always friendly, professional, and available for the many questions and problems I had. His guidance truly made a difference for me, and he never made me feel like a bother. Whatever they’re paying Brendon, he needs a raise. Do NOT let this gentleman go!! They say, “The talent pool is very shallow”. However, Benden Short’s talents are in the deep end for sure. 6 Stars for Brenden.

    Bought a hot tub from them in 2023 and I'd gladly buy from them again! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The few times I've needed service, they techs have been just as great.

    Arthur Edwards installed our pool in 2019. We have been using them to open and close the pool each year and we call them whenever we have questions or problems. They are very service-oriented. Their goal is to "make the customer whole" regardless of whether they are making a sale on anything. The primary person I work with in the retail store is Brandon, but I have worked with others, including several people in the service department. They are all excellent and helpful.

    When we ordered the pool, the salesperson recommended specific filter equipment, pool heater, and suggested we get a Polaris automatic pool vacuum. I had pools when I was a kid, but certainly was not up on all of the latest features. I followed their advice on what to order. We are very happy with the systems we have. The Polaris bottom filter is great, along with the salt water system. The pool is as close to zero maintenance as you can get (other than emptying the filter baskets every few days). The water heater we have is excellent. It heats our (18 x 36' inground, 8' deep - about 24,000 gallon) pool, raising the temperature 1 degree every 30 minutes. Everyone else I talk to tells me their heaters take an hour or more to raise their pool 1 degree. Having the heater means we can use the pool well into October. (Last year we swam in the pool on October 30 and closed it on the 31st. I will include a photo of the pool from right before we closed it. We are closing it earlier this year, on October 15 because the last two weeks of October were great for swimming (with the heater), but the pool got lots of leaves in it so we will cut it off sooner this year.)

    Recently, I had an issue with my salt water chlorinator. I called the store and spoke with Brandon. He walked me through some trouble shooting and helped me recalibrate the chlorinator. Since the chlorinator was reading low numbers, he suggested I run it in "boost" mode to increase the chlorine over the next 24 hours. I followed his advice. Unfortunately, we found that the chlorinator itself was bad, but all of this was able to be diagnosed over the phone. The next day I called back for a service appointment. The technician was there in 2 days. He did a great job fixing it quickly and gave me the old part. I joked with him and said, "what am I going to do with this old part besides put it in a museum?". He told me that the attaching rings on it are still good and it is a common part used on all the joints. If I were to accidentally step on a pipe or drop something that would crack one of those, they cost $50 to replace so I should save them, which I did. When he was done, I went to give him a tip, but he told me my wife had already tipped him so he turned down the tip. These are the types of people Arthur Edwards has as service technicians. The service department knows me because I call them regularly to ask them to do water tests on the pool, which they do at no charge. When the results come back either that day or the next day, they tell me what is needed, ask me if I have any of the chemicals on hand already or if I would like to order the chemicals from them. They are never just trying to make a sale. They want to make sure their customers are happy. They have figured out that if you take care of your customers, they will come back and recommend others, which is what I am doing today. I highly recommend Arthur Edwards Pools for a new pool installation and for support for an existing pool. They are reliable, knowledgeable, experienced, and honest.

    Arthur Edwards Pools & Spa Center, is a great company to work with, they are professional at what they do. They installed my pool in 2019 and it came out amazing since then I have been working with them every year and they always provide great service and expertise. I would highly recommend Arthur Edward Pools company. They been around forever and really care about their customers!

    My wife and I were referred to arthur edwards by our mason and told us I’ve done a ton of pools and Arthur edwards by far does the best work and every single time we do work around there pools there always straight, centered and perfect. We starting looking last year in 2022 and went thru 4-5 different company’s and things didn’t line up for us at the time so we waited until this year. We had met with Kevin the salesman and had such a great experience with him so we decided to use them. Plus the price was beating almost all. Plus Kevin was upfront and honest the whole time. From start to finish Arthur Edwards blew away our expectations. The reviews you read on here sounded like this would be an awful process and we brought that up to the salesman Kevin and he was aware of them but he made it make sense for us. We had a great experience each time calling into the office and once you realize they are busy and you learn that you’re not the only customer they are helping things are much easier. Derek is another person who answered every question you have thru the whole process and was great to work with. It took them 4 weeks from start to finish for our pool considering we got great weather and they did and amazing job. We would refer Arthur edwards to anyone and have already to our friends and family. Thanks again to everyone there for all the work and time you guys put into our project.
