The manager at this place was so rude and condescending. I came to shop here for their semi annual sale and this was only my second time at this store, so I asked a lovely worker in the front of the sales online apply in store. She told me they might not ring up the same but to clarify with the manager in case I wanted to put a massive pickup order. I also work retail, so I grabbed the products and walked to the manager in case I needed to make that pickup order so that nobody needed to get off the floor to find them. The manager was so disgusting, saying things like “from a consumer’s perspective I don’t understand why you’re confused if there is a sign that says 50% off”. I had different scented products but the same size bottle, hence the questions I had were related to if I would receive the same sale. “You’re not making any sense, the signs literally say the sales, why would we advertise a sale if it wasn’t the same in store”, the way she spoke was absolutely absurd. I didn’t want to continue the conversation so I said thank you and went to the line. She proceeds to find that worker in the back (that poor girl) and take her back out saying “I went to go clarify, she said YOU showed her a different bottle” as if the entire encounter was my fault or something. That wonderful lady must have been on break because she was no longer wearing the employee uniform, I felt absolutely terrible for her because she was such a sweetheart but her manager was absolutely awful. Do not shop here if you are a newer customer, the manager is absolutely not friendly. The workers however are such sweethearts, they are more than happy to help and the lovely Spanish lady at the cashier was so helpful and even taught me how to use my rewards for the first time. I wish them such luck and success, I feel horrible they have to work for such a woman.

Amazing experience going here with my girlfriend! The store manager Shanette was a great vibe and an amazing help. Also received amazing service from Daniella, an associate who just started and quickly & efficiently helped me and my girlfriend get what we needed, thank you guys!!!

The employees are excellent AND attentive at this store compared to the one inside the mall. I've made it my mission to primarily shop at this store rather than the other as the employees are much kinder and help you find what you're looking for. Whenever I've gone to the mall, the employees are just dismissive and could care less. In a sense, it feels like walking into high school and you stepped foot into popular kid territory.

You really can find whatever you're looking for and more. It's kept clean and well organized.

The greeter was extremely friendly and understandably bombarding because of complaints of not greeting, unfortunately for us adults who doesn't need our hands held. As soon as I stepped foot in the store, the greeter immediately started showing me things before I had a chance to look around. I see by these reviews the reason the store staff are forced to behave in this matter but it makes one uncomfortable. People shouldn't need their hands held or be greeted that way upon entry, only if they need assistance. I know the young girl and other staff are forced to do that. It's terrible. They're very friendly and helpful here. They introduced me to fragrances I didn't even like, so it was pointless. Give person chance to walk around and be an adult and ask for help. People should know what they go in a store for without needed to be "greeted". Love this location otherwise.
