Black Pearl Seafood Chophouse

My husband and I got married at Danfords 3 years ago and it’s our tradition to have dinner here on our anniversary. We also go through out the year and it never disappoints! We went last night for our anniversary dinner and everything was spectacular! We sat right on the water with a great view, the live music was awesome and the service was impeccable! Our waiter, Caleb, took great care of us and even sent us a complimentary cheesecake for our anniversary! He was so friendly and made our visit that much better! Also the food is amazing, you have to try the black truffle Mac and cheese, it’s next level.

We had an amazing meal at The Black Pearl. This is my third time dining there this summer. Our waiter last night was THE BEST of all our trips here. His name was Joe! He was attentive and well versed in the specials, wine offerings, and made excellent recommendations for appetizers and main courses. We sat immediately and our drink order was taken right away. We were served delicious fresh warm bread with a roasted garlic and olive oil dip that was phenomenal. My favorite was the mozzarella steak appetizer with the herb oil and balsamic. My steak was cooked perfectly and the charred broccolini did not disappoint. I will definitely be returning as there were too many dishes for me to decide that I want to try! They offer inside and outside dining and live music some nights! Beautiful view of the harbor and ferry!

From start to finish 5 stars.
Was seated quickly without a reservation…and lucked out with a water view…& the sunset- unmatched atmosphere and view.
Water came quickly as did the server who took drink orders within 5 minutes of being seated.
Warm bread w/ butter, olive oil and roasted garlic came out next…that garlic- so good!!
We ordered the chicken Milanese- thin, crispy cutlets…fresh crisp arugula salad on top. Refreshing, light and tasty. Branzino- very, very good- moist, fresh and tasty…the charred lemon- nice touch. Watermelon Refresher- delicious…Espresso martini- perfect.
