I wish I could give more than 5 stars! This place did an amazing job. I can’t even begin to say how impressed we were with their attention to detail, personal touches, professionalism, compassion, & expertise . I could go on and on. The staff and the funeral directors provided impeccable service, they were caring, attentive, but not overbearing. They went above and beyond expectations. Everything went seamlessly. Thank you for everything Patrick, Ana and John and the staff at Branch Miller Place.
Absolutely the best! Sadly, over the last two years we have used several funeral homes - the Branch stands out for the sympathetic, accommodating, and professional service.. When you are suffering the pain of loss - they understand without trying to upsell or rush you through those difficult decisions. The BEST funeral home in the Port Jefferson area, in my not-so-humble opinion.
The staff at the Branch funeral home far exceeded my expectations. They were all genuinely caring and supportive in a most difficult time. The Christmas tree was a beautiful touch and gave everyone a sense of comfort. I would highly recommend their services.
A friend highly recommended Branch Funeral Home for my husbands arrangements. I was overwhelmed with grief and Paul helped me through a difficult process. He was able to accommodate my needs and give me reassurance and peace knowing all would be handled in a caring, organized, supportive way. They where empathetic and professional. Anna was so compassionate, kind and respective towards my son and I. Karen was kind and helpful. They honored my beloved husband in a beautiful way making it special and meaningful.
Isaias hit and power went out, Paul hooked up generators for temporary lighting. They're caring and compassion staff earned my respect. I highly recommend the Branch family.
