I had a great experience at Route 9 Mazda thanks to Randy. The first time I came in, it was right before closing, and he was still very accommodating and never rushed me. I came back about a week later, and Randy made the process quick, smooth, and efficient. He was friendly, professional, and respectful of our time. I definitely recommend working with him if you’re looking for a stress-free car buying experience.

Picked up my newest lease today and it could not have gone more smoothly. It's my 2nd (or 3rd) lease with Andrew and I won't go anywhere else. In fact, I moved 3.5 hours away from the Hudson Valley and this is my 2nd lease I specifically traveled back to Poughkeepsie and Andrew for. I told him what I was looking for and less than an hour later, he got back to me with my new lease AND got my payment down $50! We accomplished everything via text, and believe it or not, I did the paperwork and drive away from the dealership in under an hour which has never been my experience at any other dealership. It helped that their finance guy, Vinnie, is just as awesome as Andrew.
I'm super happy with the whole experience and when my lease is up in 3 years, I'll be going back to Andrew again. So he better not leave 😊

My experience getting my car here at Route 9 Mazda was great! My sales guy, Rex, made sure I was all set when financing my car to head off to college. Since I was new to financing and insurance, he walked me through everything and ensured I was making the proper financial decisions that would benefit me in the long run. He even had my car detailed and in good condition for weeks after the purchase. Besides the sales aspect, he was great to have a conversation with, especially since our family had similar experiences in NYC, so it was easy to hold a good conversation during the sales process. Overall, a great first-time experience, and I would definitely recommend coming to this dealership.
