Fast and no pun but very friendly, I’m a new customer, I just moved into this area and they took care of me as if I got my vehicle there, that’s a nice treatment. I’d use them again.
Needed to have 4 tires replaced, mounted and balanced, an oil change and a state inspection. Everyone involved did a great job. Jeff Presti in service set everything up in advance, especially helpful with procuring tires. Stephen and Adrian in service took care of all the details the day of the service, and Frank was responsible for the actual work performed. I would highly recommend Friendly Ford to anyone looking for great service.
I bought a 2018 F150 from Friendly and have been going to them for service ever since. When it comes to basic service, you can’t beat their prices and quality of service. Jeff will take good care of you. Normally fast and thorough. If you need warranty work on a transmission however, I’d pick and choose who I left my truck with. At Friendly there is one transmission tech, lag time between diagnosis and ordering parts, delays in parts delivery from Ford, all add up to you being without a vehicle for a very long time. And that “Friendly Reward” promise of a complimentary loaner vehicle is not something they should be advertising at all since there aren’t any. If you rely on your vehicle for work, you need to trust the people you leave it with that they are doing everything in their power to get it back to you. If you need warranty work on a Ford truck, there’s a Ford truck center in Orange County, NY with more transmission techs that can get the job done and get you back on the road faster. Found that out the hard way.
Jeff the service manager was able to provide fast and exceptional service. My son's vehicle broke down late Wednesday night and needed to be towed to the dealership. Jeff was able to diagnose the problem on Thursday morning, order the parts and had the car up and running by Friday morning. Thank you Jeff and Friendly Ford for providing a wonderful customer service experience. We are very grateful and appreciative of your services and care.
