Well you can buy topsoil for $30 a yard you can drop mulch that you don't want anymore more unless he is a compost center and come harvest season it's pick your own pumpkins for cheap great place to take the family and friends to pick pumpkins when it comes down to it also have sweet corn you can pick your own .
