I had not purchased a car in over 10 years, and I have to say that buying my new car at Acura was a pleasant and seamless experience from the moment I walked in the door. Elizabeth was extremely helpful and knowledgeable guiding me through the multi-step process. All of my questions were clearly answered, and Elizabeth and Alex were able to make numbers work that I felt comfortable with. I love my new car and would highly recommend Acura of Wappingers!
Flawless experience from beginning to end.
I was in the market for a 2nd car and found 4 cars I wanted to test drive. I contacted Cody and made an appointment to come down. When I got there Cody had all four ready for me to go, including all the CarFax reports printed for each. Cody's knowledge of the cars was impressive. Answered all my ridiculous questions. I decided on one, RDX, and we sat down to talk OTD price, which I wasn't looking forward to. I must say, Cody made the process rather easy and stress free. From there the process went fast and smooth. I had my car the next day.
I want to also add, that everyone at the dealership i spoke to or interacted with was highly professional and kind.
